Over a long life, I've learnt a lot and had the opportunity to reflect. I've seen a new generation grow up, among them my own grandchildren, facing the world with all its challenges and problems. I hope they'll find Don't Look Back, You'll Trip Over: My Guide to Life helps them to be optimistic - and shows that anyone can blow the bloody doors off.

One time a shaman told my mom that I was gonna be something special one day. That was me before I popped out the womb and into the world as a scrawny-looking 20-something. Now that I'm all grown up with trucks full of ideas, I have stories to tell. Just like the revolution will be televised, my mind will be televised also. Only for one day though, because I'm forgetful. I'm here on this little box you call a radio to tell you engaging stories that I experienced in my life. Think of it as me vs me vs the world vs a tunafish. I just keep on going until the mic stops working for the 30th time.

I have way too many thoughts in my mind I wanna release. You know that urge to release those random notes out your head and onto something? I don't use paper, I don't use notes sheet or anything. I just think off the top of my head.One day, I may tell you about one of those personal stories about the time that that thing happened. Next day, I'll be telling you what goes on behind the scenes of my artistry.
