A series of gruesome murders leads private detective Chase Dagger to a suspect not quite human.

The Indiana Paranormal Investigators are spending the night in a gothic mansion on the outskirts of Cedar Point, Indiana. Four people are participating...only three remain in the morning. There have been other disappearances and homicides in the past connected with the mansion. And the one common denominator has been the weather. Fatal Storm finds Dagger and his entourage spending a night in the mansion to seek answers.

Nothing is as it seems in Cedar Point, Indiana. Three gang members appear to have died of natural causes. Then the medical examiner completes the autopsies and discovers the victims are missing their brains. When something strange rears its ugly head, the police turn to Chase Dagger. Aided by a partner who is a shapeshifter, unique high-tech toys, and a team of unusual cohorts, Dagger has a way of solving the most bizarre crimes. Although the case is intriguing, Dagger has something more important to deal with.
