Men's mental health - why the f**k is this topic so hard for us dude's to talk about?! Award-winning Comedian's and long-time friends Kelvin Wescombe & Dylan Stewart pull no punches as they record their unscripted chats to help keep their sanity, whilst keeping each other accountable. With both battling different mental health issues their goal is to help normalise this kind of yarn amongst men. Both brutally honest and tongue-in-cheek, this podcast will hopefully help others as much as it's helped them, to keep going one day at a time. Each Ep is done in one take with zero pre-planning.

Story0
Young Sue Gurwell had always known that her father had been a paratrooper. And then there was the special poem in his roll-top desk she sometimes snuck a peek at, written by a member of Dad's regiment. This poem was a premonition of the sergeant's death. "Yes," her dad told her, "He was right—he died on D-Day." But it's not until 2016, after her parents had both passed away, that Susan Gurwell Talley and her husband Jack L. Talley begin to understand the true extent and significance of the wartime artifacts that had been staples of Sue's childhood.

If I could make it to the bridge, the pain would stop. I just had to make it to the bridge, and the hopelessness would end. It became a refrain, running over and over in my head as I raced down the highway. Make it to the bridge, and the pain will end. It's hopeless. Just wanna die. Make it to the bridge.
