Story0
A Christmas carol lost for 90 years was re-discovered by Barnsley Museums in 2023 while researching the history of Barnsley town hall. Since it was picked up by the BBC and performed live by the Barnsley Youth Choir on the Broadcasting House show on BBC Radio4 a new Christmas tradition was born and the song is now being sung by choirs and musicians all across the country. We have brought together all known recordings of the song in this podcast. If you are aware of others please get in touch experiencebarnsley@barnsley.gov.uk Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
