Three low-income families have been given a handsome retainer to join Geraldine Borden for a day at her cliffside estate. Set in the autumn of 1960 in upstate New York, retired theremin musician Sid Kottler has been living alone in his oversized home for the past 13 years and cannot handle even the slightest of human interaction.
