I want my audience to know that I’m a Yorkshire Strongman with a wealth of life experience behind me. Over the years, I’ve faced many challenges, both in and out of the gym, and these experiences have shaped who I am today. I believe that some of what I’ve learned along the way—whether it’s about perseverance, resilience, or pushing through tough times—could be helpful to others. My goal is to share that knowledge and inspire those who might benefit from hearing my story.
