The outcome of those battles creates life’s best stories, henceforth a powerful symphony of ones life... an Iron Symphony if you will.

We have been trained since young ages to stuff it, hide it and fake it 'till we make it with messages like ‘big boys don’t cry’, ‘put on a stiff upper lip’, and ‘never let ‘em see you sweat’.
