A "crazy" woman has been released from the hospital, and it becomes the job of a driver and an orderly to take her home. It's a creepy evening on a lonely road, and to make matters worse the woman's sedation begins to wear off, they are driving into the fog, not sure where they are, and a green sedan suddenly looms behind them and passes them. They are drawn to the green sedan as it picks up speed.
