The key biblical principle is this God warns of the dangers of debt, and God admonishes us to save for future needs. That applies at the individual level.

As you pray and read God’s word, document what you sense the Lord is saying and look for consistency from several sources including scriptures, biblical counsel, prayer, agreement with other board members etc.
