Time to Shift is originally a French podcast, produced by the Shifters, volunteers supporting the Shift Project, a French think tank advocating the shift to a post-carbon economy. The Shift Project is dedicated to informing and influencing the debate on the energy transition in Europe through scientific rigor. Presidential Leadership in Political Time has greatly expanded our understanding of and debates over the politics of leadership. It clarifies the typical political problems that presidents confront in political time, as well as the likely effects of their working through them, and considers contemporary innovations in our political system that bear on the leadership patterns from the more distant past.
