The Institute of Men exists to build, strengthen, and form Christian men who build God’s church, strengthen their marriages, and form their children. When I was 23 years old, I was directionless. My father asked me a question that changed my life: what kind of man do you want to be? That question is at the heart of everything you do as a man. Once you figure out what kind of man you want to be, you are ready for anything.

Cultural issues tend to be divisive and to take a stance in favor of or against a particular subject is the social equivalent to severing one of your limbs. There has to be a way to address the woes of society without excommunicating friends, family and neighbors in the process. ​As Ministers of Reconciliation we believe the impetus of reconciling people to their fellow man is found in the passage of scripture that is part of Jesus' 'Sermon on the Mount' in Matthew 5:23-25.Where I Stand is an attempt to reconcile man to his fellow man by exploring issues in America's culture through the lens...

Let's face it...life sometimes is hard and can just suck. When we are faced with life's challenges we can be discouraged, get tired, and become weary. What we need is motivation, encouragement, and a helping hand that keeps us going. That's the idea of GRINDIT! We find our strength to endure when we focus on Jesus. God's own Son wasn't exempt from life's challenges and He didn't do anything to deserve what he went through! And yet He did...willingly, therefore we find our hope in Him.
