Vitello vaknar och är trött på allt. Trött på att bo i ett radhus med en mamma som hela tiden lagar spagetti och en pappa som inte är där. Han är trött på sina två störiga kompisar Max och Hasse, och trött på skitungen William, trött på cornflakes med mjölk. Men som tur är kan man ju göra allt tvärtom.

Mamma är sjuk och Vitello bestämmer sig för att ta hand om henne – han har hört att snälla barn får fler presenter. Vitello börjar med att städa hela vardagsrummet och som tur är kommer Max och Hasse och William förbi och frågar om de kan hjälpa till.
