Grayling asks: who, if anyone, owns the moon? Or Mars? Or other bodies in near space? And what do those superpowers and corporations owe to Planet Earth and its inhabitants as a whole?

Story0
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the UN Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC), Marje Prior has produced a series of 10 podcasts based on her oral history interviews with the peace workers for her book Shooting At the Moon. In May 1993, despite threats from the Khmer Rouge, over four million Cambodians (about 90% of eligible voters) participated in the UN held elections. The first since the devastating reign of Pol Pot and the occupation by the Vietnamese. A democratically elected government was installed which, despite some serious stumbles along the way, still holds to this day.
