It is all about me and my quest to find relaxation. Good old Google can point you in the right direction but there is so much information out there that it can feel overwhelming. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my daily routine and I struggle to take time out for me. I aim to share my experiences with my own struggles to ‘be kind’ to myself, to achieve proper relaxation and to try to stop having to be on the go constantly. Please join me on my journey of self deprecation and matter of fact realism about having an autoimmune disease.
