Sans un sou en poche et ne sachant que faire d'un tel cadeau, ce dernier songe à le manger mais le chat s'avère doué de parole. Contre un sac et une paire de bottes, et avec beaucoup de ruse, l'animal est désormais déterminé à faire la fortune de son maître.

Quand le vilain petit canard est né, il ne ressemblait pas à ses frères et sœurs de couvée. Rejeté de tous, à cause de ce physique différent, il est contraint de quitter "sa famille" et de partir, loin, pour ne plus subir leurs moqueries et leurs coups. Sur son chemin, ceux qu'il rencontre ne l'acceptent pas vraiment non plus. Un jour, cependant, ébloui par la beauté des cygnes, le vilain petit canard décide d'aller vers eux. Les cygnes ne le chassent pas et bien au contraire l'accueillent comme l'un des leurs.

"The toad" is a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. A very exciting story of a little toad, who motivated by the excitement for adventure, leaves his home at the bottom of a well, and his curiosity leads him into some very interesting adventures. He bears inside his head a most precious jewel, the ceaseless longing for a higher experience. In the end he is carried as far up on a stork's mouth as he ever could be. This tale imparts the thought that our finest possession is not what we own, but what we are.

"The Ugly Duckling" is a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. When the tale begins, a mother duck's eggs hatch. One of the little birds is perceived by the other birds and animals on the farm as a homely little creature and suffers much verbal and physical abuse from them. He wanders sadly from the barnyard and lives with wild ducks and geese until hunters slaughter the flocks. He finds a home with an old woman but her cat and hen tease him mercilessly and again he sets off on his own. He sees a flock of migrating wild swans; he is delighted and excited but he cannot join them for he is too young and cannot fly.

"The Wolf and the Seven Little Kids" is a fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. A mother leaves her seven children at home while she ventures into the forest to find food. Before she leaves, she warns her young about the Big Bad Wolf who will try to sneak into the house and gobble them up. The wolf will pretend to be their mother and convince the kids to open the door. The young children will be able to recognize their true mother by her white feet and sweet voice. The mother leaves and the seven kids stay in the house. Before long, they hear a voice at the door that says "Let me in children, your mother has something for each and every one of you". His gruff voice betrays him and the kids do not let him in.

The Emperor of China learns that one of the most beautiful things in his empire is the song of the nightingale. When he orders the nightingale brought to him, a kitchen maid leads the court to a nearby forest, where the nightingale agrees to appear at court, where it remains as the Emperor's favorite. When the Emperor is given a bejeweled mechanical bird he loses interest in the real nightingale, who returns to the forest. The mechanical bird eventually breaks down; and the Emperor is taken deathly ill a few years later. The real nightingale learns of the Emperor's condition and returns to the palace; whereupon Death is so moved by the nightingale's song that he allows the Emperor to live.

Snow White and Red Rose are two little girls living with their mother, a poor widow, in a small cottage. They are very good little girls, they love each other dearly, and their mother is very fond of them. Dark-haired Red Rose is outspoken and cheerful and loves to play outside. Fair-haired Snow White is quiet and shy and prefers doing housework and reading.

Hon skulle inte byta honom mot mot allt guld i världen, trots att Silvers påhitt sätter henne på prov.

Britta är ridlärare på Dalens ridskola. Hästlivet är aldrig tråkigt - speciellt inte när man är ridlärare. Brittas ponny Silver är ful av hyss och bus, men fölet Siboney har blivit sjuk. Kommer Sibeoney att bli bättre eller måste Britta ta ett svårt beslut?

Britta är överförtjust i ponnyn Rinaldo och det är den hon oftast rider på under ridlektionerna. Britta drömmer om en egen ponny att tävla med, men hur ska hon få tag i en? Måste hon vinna på lotto? Britta möter så ponnyn Silver som är en sprallig gråskimmel med vackra ögon. Är det med honom Britta ska vinna sina tävlingar?

Många ponnys kan vara tjurskalliga, det vet Britta. I flera år har hon ju haft welshponnyen Silver och vet allt om hans sprallighet och busiga trix. En dag kommer den nya ponnyn Billy till Brittas ridskola. Billy har som vana att kasta av alla sina ryttare - han är en riktig buse! När Britta blir ombedd att rida Billy på en stor hopptävling blir hon ganska osäker. Hur ska det gå?

"Var så god och rid!" Så äntligen är det Britta och Silvers tur att trava ut på banan. Nu är de äntligen här, på sin allra första hopptävling. Britta vet att Silver kan hoppa riktigt bra, men hon tycker att vissa hinder ser riktigt höga ut.Tänk om de klarar det så bra att de till och med får med sig en rosett hem! Britta är en riktig hästtjej. Hon älskar att vara i stallet och att känna vinden i håret på hästryggen i galopp.

Livet på ridskolan är aldrig tråkigt. Det finns så många mysiga och busiga ponnys att ta hand om. Britta kan inte tro det är sant när hon blir erbjuden ett jobb på ridskolan, det är bara för bra för att vara sant! Britta och kompisen Madeleine väntar också med spänning på att hästen Gazelle ska föla. Hur ska det gå när fölet Siboney kommer? Inget kommer bli som planerat.

Det är sommar och Britta har sommarlov. Så härligt det är med lov! Nu kan hon lägga all sin tid på Silver och ridskolan. Hennes nu vuxna welshponny blir bättre och duktigare - liksom Britta själv. Tur är väl det, snart ska de tävla i en hopptävling vid Norråker. Men som det kan vara när ponnys är inblandade, händer det oväntade saker.

Britta är nervös, Nu är det upp till bevis för henne och Silver på ponnytävlingarna i Åsbyn. Visst har de gjort framsteg på träningen, men kommer det att gå hela vägen? Alla på ridskolan tränar och tränar. Britta och Silver är favoriter, kommer de palla trycket? Britta är en riktig hästtjej. Hon älskar att vara i stallet och att känna vinden i håret på hästryggen i galopp.

Immerhin hat er dort seine Ruhe - bis die Flut einen kleinen Otter anspült, der einfach nicht mehr von seiner Seite weichen möchte.
