Fantastic book

Brain is the most imp organ of human body & surprisingly there is very little attention given by all of us to better it or keep it running in the most efficient way. Dr Amen has yrs of expertise in SPECT brain scanning technique & has analyzed patterns from it & suggests many techniques & vitamin supplements to normalize over / under active parts of the Brain.
I loved this book & would love to listen to it again & again to benefit maximum out of it.
Great work Dr Amen. Pls keep writing more books on brain health in future. All of us really need your expertise to understand our brain better & to make it better everyday than yesterday.
