Alison Sommer is a women’s hockey player and coach from Hopkins, Minnesota. Alison hasn’t missed a season since girls’ hockey became available in her hometown in 1993. A graduate of Carleton College, Alison worked in higher education before she began writing novels. During that time, she wrote and performed a TEDx on panic attacks and started her blog Alioffthemark.com. Alison now lives in Eden Prairie with her loving partners and children.
