Fr. Andrew Hofer, O.P., is ordinary professor and editor-in chief of The Thomist at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, DC. He is the author of Christ in the Life and Teaching of Gregory of Nazianzus (OUP, 2013) and The Power of Patristic Preaching: The Word in Our Flesh (CUAP, 2023). He is co-author of A Living Sacrifice: Guidance for Men Discerning Religious Life (Vianney Vocations, 2019; Polish in 2022; Hungarian in 2024); Our Father: Our Prayer of Hope (Magnificat, 2025); and Hail Mary: Pondering the Mysteries of Love (Magnificat, 2026).
