Hi there. My name is Andrew Yake. I am married with children and love being with and spending time with my family. I currently live in Florida (love it!) and I am just a regular guy. You know… I spend millions on cars and private jets and eat at 5-star restaurants for breakfast, elevenzies, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper (kidding, not rich… at least not with money).
As you may have guessed I am a nerd with an active fantasy life. I enjoy writing fantasy fiction, but my most recent book, “Freedom” is far from what I normally write. It is about me and my struggles with my sexuality. I tend to be flippant and snarky with my writing and that didn’t change when I wrote Freedom, but I did become vulnerable in talking about who I am. I am not the greatest writer and to claim otherwise would be disingenuous. However, I enjoy writing and I am not bad at it either, at least that is what my mommy tells me. I believe that my passion for writing comes through clearly in my work.
