My last job had me managing pilots and flying B757/767 type aircraft all over the world. When I retired, I began writing my blog RunningwithCat.com. Since then, Catherine and I traveled to 82 different countries. We ran at least a half marathon in 35 countries and on all 7 continents. I have run 66 marathons and many other races, including a 50-miler at age 50 and the Iron Man triathlon. This is my first book.
