Ariel Feder began his career as a captain in the communication corps, designing complex radio systems. He soon realized, however, that the most complex systems weren't found on circuit boards - they were in the boardroom.
Having transitioned from engineering to sales leadership, Ariel has spent two decades mastering the "soft" psychological dynamics of the "hard" technology sector. Working with startups and global companies across the Israeli high-tech industry, he has decoded the human patterns that drive high-stakes deals. Today, he approaches sales with an engineer's mind, blending philosophy, psychology, and street smarts into practical models.
Ariel is the author of Sellosophy and his latest release, Sellchology. Together, his works offer a comprehensive, field-tested framework for mastering sales management and sales psychology. He holds an engineering degree in Electronics, an MBA in Finance, alongside advanced executive education from Harvard Business School.
