Åsa Johansson is an international certified raw food teacher, chef and lecturer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. She offers raw food classes, courses, lectures/talks and demonstrations. She is also involved in online raw food coaching/counseling both online and in person. Furthermore she writes about her local raw food world and raw food research in her blogs and books. Åsa is also lecturing and teaching in Sweden and other countries at times. Recently featured in NÄRA Sweden’s largest spiritual magazine, FEMINA, Sweden’s largest magazine for women; and Hemmets Journal, their largest weekly magazine, she was interviewed and supplied all the recipes for extensive articles about raw foods. With over 30 year’s knowledge of raw food and over 10 years of eating a high raw vegan diet, she has been teaching and lecturing and “revealing the magic” for 9 years now.
