Ash Ruddy is a Christian writer, speaker, award-winning business coach, and a
former Miss Vermont (Miss America 2009).
Ash specialises in guiding women through personal transformation and
deepening spirituality, leading to reclaimed purpose and power.
Her debut book, Twenty-four + One, is a raw and powerful account of faith, miracles,
and resilience, drawn from her personal journey through extreme neonatal intensive
care when her son was born at just 24 weeks + 1 day of gestation. Written with

Originally from Vermont’s rural Northeast Kingdom, Ash now resides in the UK with
