Aura was born in New England, a descendant of those on the Mayflower. She is proud of her Yankee heritage...whether or not she is a 'Damn Yankee' is yet to be determined. After many years of writing occasional poetry and short essays, she has decided to more fully commit to her inner writer and actually get some work out there for the public to read. While some of her tales may be in the supernatural, pre-history is her driving force as hopefully will be seen soon. Aura lives with four cats, a dog, and an amazing partner that both help and hinder her work. This all occurs in the misty green Pacific Northwest.
