Becky is a B.R.A.G.Medallion honoree. Her book, “Wolfie: A Cat Beyond Time” was recently selected for this distinct honor, and she is proud to have the gold BRAG medallion displayed on the cover of her book.
Becky Perrone was born and raised in New Jersey, where she spent most of her life before moving south to the Carolinas in 1999. Her background includes many years of teaching at virtually every level, from elementary all the way through junior high school. She was also a high-powered saleswoman in the field of advertising. The author enjoys reading, gardening, jigsaw puzzles, anything to do with horses, spending time with her family, and taking road trips with her husband. She has always been a cat lover, and was inspired to write “WOLFIE: A CAT BEYOND TIME,” a book about her beloved Maine coon cat, Wolfgang Amadeus, whose life she shared for 15 years. He was her "Bestest Boy.”
Note from Becky: "After wanting to have a dog for most of my life, my husband, Joe, and I finally found the dog of my dreams and adopted her on March 6th of this year. Her name is Willow Mae, and she is a beautiful Jack Russell mix. Her age is estimated at four and a half years old, and (next to my husband) she is the love of my life!"
