He served as a combat medic and military policeman in Iraq and performed Emergency Management Operations for the State of Wisconsin. Following military service, Biddick served as a civilian law enforcement officer, a Crisis and Hostage Negotiator, and has more than 20 years of experience as a nurse in civilian, military, and correctional healthcare environments. During the pandemic, he performed crisis intervention services to prevent suicide and mass violence as people grappled with rapid societal change and political polarization. Today, Ben serves as the CEO of Northbridge Solutions, where he is a results-driven data professional passionate about transforming raw data into strategic business impact. With hands-on experience in end-to-end analytics—from data ingestion and cleaning through exploratory modeling and dashboarding—he helps organizations unlock value hidden in their data. By converting fragmented information into "Decision Ready Data," he provides leaders with the predictive analytics and revenue intelligence necessary for operational excellence. As a Master’s Degree holder in Performance Improvement, Ben blends technical acumen with business insight to mobilize data as a strategic asset. Ben co-authored Get Up: The Art of Perseverance with Adam Greenberg, a former Major League Baseball player for the Chicago Cubs and Miami Marlins. Together they share the powerful history of how Greenberg persevered through the pain and struggle resulting from being struck in the head by a 92 mile-an-hour fastball during the pre-concussion protocol era of Major League Baseball. Adam’s perseverance to get “back to the Bigs” led to his spectacular and often-chronicled return to the Major Leagues in a Marlin’s uniform. Drawing from interviews with sports, business, and media legends like Dusty Baker, David Bell, Brad Ausmus, Peter Gammons, David Sampson, Steven Hearn, Coach Mike Fox, and Matt Lauer, Greenberg and Biddick share how some of life’s most painful moments can become some of the most positive and most powerful. A serial media content creator, Ben earned recognition from Emmy nominated staff at Muddhouse Media for creating and hosting the Get Up Nation Podcast and The Resilient Caregiver: Empowering Those Who Serve People Diagnosed with Dementia. The Resilient Caregiver was also voted one of top health podcasts in Wisconsin by Feedspot. In 2023, Ben was recognized by Herzing University as a "Leader in Health Care.” He remains a dedicated advocate for healthcare equity and human-centered care, striving to transform the effects of trauma into empowerment, recovery, and post-traumatic growth.
