He's been in Customer Support full-time since 2014, when he took a job as a Customer Support agent "as a foot in the door." The longer he spent in CS, the more he grew to love it, and he's now led teams across 5 separate brands (ranging from SaaS to distributed product) through a system of technical support that has resulted in extremely high customer satisfaction alongside record-low team member churn.
