I am the author or My Intended (Morrow/HarperCollins, 2000) and several literary short stories appearing The Literary Review, Folio, and Pleiades. I earned my PhD in Creative Writing from Aberystwyth University in Wales and an MFA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master of Education in Adult and Distance Education through Pennsylvania State University. I teach all forms of writing online for Thomas Edison State College, Kaplan University and Southern New Hampshire University.
