Brian J. Wagner is a thirty-three year veteran of law enforcement - having retired following an eleven year tenure as Chief of Police in a small mid-west community. He and wife Judy are avid sailors having cruised the Great Lakes, the East Coast of the United States, Florida, the Bahamas and beyond. Together they have two adult daughters and five grandchildren. They reside in Cape Coral, Florida.
