C.B. Hoffmann is a native Floridian, with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and an M.Ed. in Language Arts from the University of Central Florida. She has been an English teacher in Central Florida for over twenty-nine years. She resides in Orlando with her husband, John. They have two sons: Dan, an art director and photographer, residing in NYC, and Mark, a web developer and designer, residing in Sanford, Florida. Their faith is a driving force behind the major themes in her books.
