C.G. Moore (Cyndee) is a New England-born, California-raised, resident of Minnesota. She is the author of historical fiction, contemporary fiction, and poetry. She is also the author of several Jane Austen fan-fiction novels (under C.D. Gerard.) Her latest work is the Women Patriot Series, set during the American Revolution. She holds a Master's Degree in Literature and Composition from California State University and has taught in colleges throughout California and Minnesota. She is a voracious reader, knits, crochets, and needlepoints to keep her grandmother's memory alive, and thinks the sun shines and sets on her son, daughter, and granddaughter. She lives with her family in the Twin Cities.
