C.P. Moore is a fantasy author who loves dreaming up bingeable stories filled with magic, wonder, and a little corruption. While she enjoys all genres and lengths, she’s especially drawn to shorter fantasy novels. Stories that are immersive yet easy to devour. She's aware that shorter fantasy is not always easy to find, so that leads to her desire to write shorter fantasy herself.
Moore loves building wondrous worlds, unleashing powerful creatures, and guiding readers through emotional journeys that make you feel something. Her stories often explore themes of unity, strength, and courage, while testing the thin, complicated lines between good and evil and right and wrong. She truly believes that if even one person loves the stories she writes, then she has fulfilled her lifelong dream of being an author.
When she’s not writing, Moore is at home spending time with her family. She and her husband have four beautiful children and treasure every extra moment together. Their days are filled with anime marathons, gaming sessions, road trips, and a beloved Tuesday ice cream parlor tradition. Alongside writing and family life, Moore is also a full-time student pursuing her bachelor’s degree.
