After two decades of Public Service assisting citizens and military veterans, my experience in serving people led me to developing simple frameworks that can help people make more progress than they are currently making. There were times in my life when I was confused, a little lost in terms of what I wanted to do, and I was doubting the impact I could have. Fortunately, I bumped into the realization that I have the power to change things, so I began to make changes in my behavior.

I began using some of the principles that we now write about in the toolbooks and audiobooks, and we also now teach these principles in our Knowledge Based Virtual Courses, and once I began using the principles my life began to expand. At first, I didn't understand what was happening, but over time as I continued to learn, my understanding continued to grow.

Eventually I identified 3 Clear Principles that I was using consistently in my career that made me very valuable to each organization I was with.
