Celeste Boudreaux grew up near the Piney Woods of East Texas and now lives in the Houston metro area with her husband, Keith, and a sweet but reclusive Siberian Forest cat named Mary Ann. She was a university administrator for many years at Rice University, but now she is a full-time author, spiritual director, expressive arts facilitator, and poet. She enjoys gardening, collaging, and painting, and she is admittedly kind of obsessed with butterflies.
