I spend a lot of my time putting my characters into horrendous circumstances and watch them squiggle to get out; cruel, but fun. That's a writer for you, but at heart I'm a big ball of squishy and a sucker for happy endings or helping the underdog (usually, but there are always exceptions and that's the fun!). I write for middle graders, young adults, new adults, and grownups. My books include the newly released The Excalibur Vow, the Evolution Revolution trilogy: Simple Machines, Simple Plans and Simple Lessons, and the co-authored novels Blonde OPS (St Martin's/Thomas Dunne) and the Sirenz series: Sirenz and Sirenz Back In Fashion (Flux); along with short stories in various anthologies.
