Long before she had bylines, Cherie Burbach was filling notebooks with words and pictures. Today she still does both. She paints vibrant, hopeful mixed media art (often with encouraging words tucked into the backgrounds) and writes books for readers of all ages, from children's books and coloring books to poetry, nonfiction, and her women's fiction novel The Space Between Dreaming. Her articles have appeared with NBCUniversal, The New York Times and Today's Christian Woman. She is a theology student and the founder of Painting the Psalms.
