CHRISTINA LUNDSGAARD OTTSEN, PhD is a cognitive psychologist specializing in bias, decision-making, collaboration, and leadership. Her research spans cross-cultural diversity, memory, and organizational psychology, with a focus on how unconscious patterns shape communication, teamwork, talent decisions, and performance.
She is the author of Bias-Conscious Leadership, which explores how diverse perspectives strengthen decision quality and innovation. Christina is an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and the founder of CoHera Consult, where she advises organizations on psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and reducing bias in everyday decision-making.
