Christina Stuebs is a wife of 27 years and a mother of 8 children. She tragically lost two of her children in a camping accident. That accident forced her to follow her dreams of writing all the way from Illinois. She felt so compelled to get her story out there for others who may be going through the same thing she did, or feeling the same way she was at that time in her life. Healing truly takes a lot of work, and a lot of time. Grief has no time stamp or limit, she often tells others. Her very first novel, Barely Surviving was picked up and self published through Hawes and Jenkins. Writing that book was so hard, she shed many tears, and relived that day many times during the writing of Barely Surviving. She hopes to continue on her writing journey and that many of you enjoy her first novel, as she is extremely proud of herself for being able to put that out there and share her story with the world.
