Chunfeng "Breeze" Dong writes about what happens to organisations — and to the people inside them — when artificial intelligence stops being a tool and starts being a colleague.
She is the author of A Soulful Transition: Finding Heart-Led Career in the Age of AI, and co-author of The Living Organization: The New Operating Model for Flourishing in the AI-Native Era (2026).
Breeze has spent more than twenty years in organizational development and transformation inside Fortune 100 companies — Roche, ABB, Siemens and Roland Berger — alongside 2,000 hours as an executive coach. She holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and an MSc from TU Munich, and is certified ICF PCC and CPCC.
Her work sits on an unusual seam: engineering rigour on one side, Buddhist psychology and systemic constellations on the other. One line runs through both books — design the machine to be AI-first, so that the people can be more human.
She founded Springbreeze Ventures and lives in Switzerland.
