Claire Crafts is an author, researcher, and strategy consultant. Raised in Southern California, she spent much of her childhood creating imaginative worlds with her five younger siblings, an experience that sparked her lifelong fascination with storytelling, human development, and how people come together to solve complex challenges. Claire published her first novel, "Trust the Wind", at sixteen and later co-authored "Translating Your Teen" with educator Anne Luke while earning her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Notre Dame. Her experiences in psychology research, strategy consulting, philanthropy, and education continue to shape both her writing and her work. Today, Claire partners with mission-driven organizations around the world to advance education, mental health, and economic opportunity. Across both her professional work and her writing, she explores the forces that shape resilience, collective action, and the capacity of people and communities to create meaningful good in the world.
