D’Yanna Craighead is a speaker, transformation coach, author and a senior technology leader with over 25 years of experience at various large corporations such as IBM, Delta Airlines, and Disney. With a background mixed with software engineering, technical product management, and technical program management she has spent most of her career delivering large, highly visible, award-winning technology products around the world.
As a Black woman in technology, D'Yanna has often been described as a unicorn in the software engineering industry. Her journey of potential to purpose and power has inspired her to tell her story of personal and professional transformation to achieve success through what she calls, The Butterfly Code Framework©. Her mentorship and storytelling has inspired many to follow their dreams using personal and professional examples of career success and providing personalized transformation coaching.
In her powerful debut book, The Butterfly Code, D'Yanna takes readers on a transformative journey of personal evolution, resilience, and self-discovery. Drawing on her own remarkable life experiences, she reveals a profound framework for navigating life's challenges and emerging as the best version of oneself using The Butterfly Code Framework.
In 2022, D’Yanna began using her own personal brand, D'Yanna Craighead Solutions LLC, to provide mentorship and coaching using her Butterfly Code framework through speaking engagements and coaching experiences.
