Author Dan Durkee is originally from Vermont but now resides in Colorado with his family. He has had a thriving career in the fire service for 25 years. Dan served as the District Chief during the last 10 years of his tenure.
Dan’s literary efforts for the fire department earned him the Spirit of Excellence Award from AT&T. He always had a knack for storytelling and received positive affirmations from the people around him. This motivated him to pursue a writing career. After the success of his first horror fiction ‘Prey,’ Dan is working on his second book ‘Survive.’
