David Vega is a storyteller and business strategist who believes life’s best lessons are found in real stories—our own and those of the people who shape us. Drawing on a 30-year career in leadership, business turnarounds, and successful company exits, David has learned that growth, in business or in life, always begins with the courage to think differently. His debut book, Fool for Thought, shares reflections from those experiences, blending hard-earned business wisdom with personal insights about family, resilience, and the human side of success. When he isn’t writing or advising entrepreneurs, David can be found mentoring future leaders, serving in his community, or sharing a laugh (often at his own expense). He lives in Rockwall, Texas, with his wife and family.
