Delores J. Porter spent over 50 years as a hairstylist, but her salon was more than a workplace—it was a ministry. After a divine call following 9/11, she began writing The Truth About God series to reveal God’s true Character: Love, not control. Her books answer the questions so many struggle with: Why do bad things happen to good people? Is God testing me? Does He want me healed?
Endorsed by Christian Leaders:
Pastor Jr. Mullins (New Beginnings Ministry) calls her series “very encouraging” and recommends it for “Pastors of all denominations.”
Irlene Mandrell (Actress, Author of God Rains Miracles) says Delores “has a great understanding of God’s love and the gifts He has given us through Jesus.”
Dr. L.V. Rigney (Pathway Ministries) praises her work as “a thought-provoking study that will cause you to look deeper into the Scriptures.”
Her message is simple but life-changing: “God is Light, and in Him is NO darkness at all.” (1 John 1:5). If you’ve ever questioned God’s goodness, The Truth About God series is for you.
