Don Harpell grew up in rural Nova Scotia, Canada. His mom nurtured the artistic love of drawing and writing. Don has spent many years as a business consultant and through these years has written for smalltown newspapers and shared with friends and family his poems, short stories and music.
In 2021 Don published his first fun and entertaining book, "Squidgets Wazoos and Wabadeezoos", an easy rhyming reader about having pets. His books are enjoyed by young children to grandparents with engaging illustrations and writing style.
Don continues to be inspired to write and release books relevant to family, friends and furry critters.
