Dr. Marcus Anderson is an author, professor, educator, and a single father of five. With over 20 years of teaching experience in the field of education. Dr. Anderson is a certified teacher who taught all subjects in secondary education and taught computer software courses, business, and educational courses and the college and university level.
Dr. Anderson book, Betrayed by Love & Faith, is a nonfictional book based on lived experiences. His work encourages others to transform pain into purpose and pursue peace. He is the founder of The Writehood, LLC where he draws from real-word experience to write, speak on growth-centered topics, and provide impactful services.
He is a native of Ville Platte, LA and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Master of Education in Education Administration, Master of Business in Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctor of Education in Higher Educational Leadership & Management.
Dr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his kids and watching them grow along with teaching them how to be lifelong learners. He is a very active and present father in his kid’s life and support all their sports and extracurricular activities. He believes in giving back through his non-profit organization, The Anderson Scholarship Foundation, where students who embrace innovation and creativity, receives financial assistance to continue their learning journey.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, meeting likeminded individuals, learning about different cultures and working out at the gym.
