I am Australian Award-Winning Author El Alma. I am a semi-retired counsellor with a master’s degree & have worked in relationships, trauma, loss & grief, & later intellectual disabilities. As we all have similar experiences, I believe we confront recurring stages in life of silence, hope, suffering, loss, survival. When my daughter passed I came to believe that we live eternally & I met the 2 other stages of believe & heaven. We can choose not to open our souls. But our survival mode can result in dis-ease of body & mind. Becoming Soul, uncovers why we take the same earthly steps as Christ did & how to conquer the 7 Steps of Becoming Soul. It is not easy becoming soul.
