Elisa Pool is a woman learning to love herself in the midst of life. She loves reading, writing, learning, teaching, and traveling. She has two children, Michael and Athena, with her husband Ben. Elisa was a middle and high school teacher for 19 years, and spend 15 years in the health & wellness industry as a successful consultant, and owner and coach of a CrossFit gym.In 2020, she and her husband sold their home and gym to live nomadically for two years with their kids. Now that they’ve settled down in Florida, her passion in life is to help other people, especially moms, love their brains and bodies in word and action so that their children learn to do the same.
