Elizabeth A. Myers is a nurse who is truly passionate about helping individuals and their families on their health care journeys. She founded 2×2 Health because she saw patients and families frustrated, not knowing where to turn or how to navigate the complicated healthcare system. The creation of the company was born out of a desire to help patients team with their medical team to navigate the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. Prior to this, Elizabeth served as risk manager for Rush University Medical Center and spent nearly two decades in various clinical, research and patient safety roles.
