Elliott Noble-Holt was born and raised in Nashville and has almost 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Noble-Holt has devoted his life to the advancement of healthcare information management. His passion for this industry began as an employee at healthcare facilities such as Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and Premier Orthopaedics at the young age of 15.
What he truly cares about is workflow efficiency, culture, taking care of his team members by investing in them both personally and professionally and sticking to his Core Values!
In 2000, Mr. Noble-Holt saw an opportunity to serve the healthcare industry with more accountability and prime efficiency relative to authorized disclosures of health information. Inspired to improve patient care by providing more efficient health information exchange, Noble-Holt founded MediCopy Services, Inc. After 9 years of success, he acquired one of his competitors that helped leverage his vision and presence within the industry.
Currently, Mr. Noble-Holt is the Founder and CEO of MediCopy Services, Inc. Mr. Noble-Holt’s success has contributed to his continuing effort to create a client-centric environment while offering a valuable solution to healthcare providers across the country. Today, MediCopy provides HIM solutions to over 4,000+ healthcare facilities throughout the U.S.
Elliott Noble-holt has received several accolades for his work at MediCopy Services, Inc. Some of those honors include being named to the Inc. 5000 as one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. for eight consecutive years, recognized as a Nashville Emerging Leader, Nashville’s Most Admired CEO award, Nashville Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award – one of the city’s best and brightest business and community leaders who made his mark before the age of 40. His passion for inclusion is accelerated by joining the Tennessee Thrives diversity coalition and serving on the local EC Diversity and Inclusion Board and Boys and Girls Club of Middle TN.
In his spare time, Mr. Noble-Holt enjoys dining out in the Music City and spending time with his family. Mr. Noble-Holt continues to operate personally and professionally with the basic principle that "thoughts do become things".
